Roni Warda is a seasoned executive dedicated to fostering positive change. At JP Morgan Chase, he led global initiatives in small business, business banking, merchant services, and leadership training. Roni actively contributes to non-profits like C.A.R.E. Organization and St. Mary’s Food Bank, and mentors early career professionals through "NextGen."Currently, he owns Medroyal, a healthcare enterprise in Arizona, continuing his mission of ensuring quality healthcare and community well-being. Roni's journey exemplifies service, leadership, and positive change, leaving a lasting legacy of compassion and empowerment.

WILL ARMIJO

President

Will Armijo is the President of the C.A.R.E organization. He is an entrepreneur, speaker, and influencer in the health and wellness industry. He is the Founder of the holistic nutrition and weight loss company NRÏSH and is co-founder of multiple businesses across multiple industries. He is a former NCAA baseball player, 9 time NPC bodybuilding competitor, and holds an MBA. Will has over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. He has been featured in multiple magazines, local news, global podcast, and speaks on both nutrition and business entrepreneurship.

RACHEL CORONA

Community Outreach Coordinator

Rachel's passion for helping people drives her commitment to the non-profit sector. She believes in making a positive difference in the community and finds fulfillment in supporting organizations that aim to improve lives. Her work is all about ensuring smooth operations so that the non-profits she supports can focus on their missions.

GEORGE PAPAMATHEAKIS

Co-Founder

George Papamatheakis is a passionate entrepreneur and advocate for children's rights. As co-founder of the CARE Organization, he fights child sex trafficking and abuse. George has successfully owned multiple businesses but felt a deeper calling to protect vulnerable children. This led him to co-found CARE, which provides resources, advocacy, and a safe haven for victimized children.

Under his leadership, CARE has become a beacon of hope. George's journey is a testament to compassion and the impact one can have in the fight for justice. Through CARE, he ensures children are protected, loved, and given the chance to thrive.

SHIMA KHAYAT

Chief Marketing Officer

Shima is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Care Organization. Drawing from her experience in personal injury marketing, Shima is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. As a marketing professional, Shima strives to create meaningful connections and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience. It is not just a role; it's a passion for Shima, using the the power of marketing to make a difference. Shima is committed to utilizing her skills and expertise to drive success for Care Organization and contribute to the well-being of all the children we serve.

ALEXANDRA CLAYBOURN

Executive Director

Alex is an experienced event coordinator with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2022, she joined The CARE Organization as the Executive Director, using her skills to raise awareness about child abuse and sex trafficking. Alex, who is a wife and mother takes pride in balancing her family life and professional responsibilities with her commitment to making a difference in the world.

MACKENZIE A. BETTLE

General Counsel

Mackenzie A. Bettle is a practicing Attorney in Phoenix. Mr. Bettle is a California native, having been born in Corona and raised in Orange County. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, summa cum laude, in Business, Law, and Economics in 2016. During his time at ASU, he fell in love with Arizona and always knew he would wind up living and working here.After ASU, he proceeded to work in the fields of investment banking, accounting, and supply chain management. In 2021, Mr. Bettle obtained his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University located in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, Mr. Bettle primarily took courses concentrated on trial advocacy, litigation, and corporate and business law.Mackenzie has mainly worked practicing law in personal injury and civil litigation. These experiences are where he fell in love with and found his passion for fighting for his clients against insurance companies and other malignant actors. Mr. Bettle has settled over 25 million dollars for his clients’ and truly enjoys helping his clients become whole. His wife, June Nicole Bettle, in 2020, introduced him to the horrors of human trafficking with her extraordinary novel, The Girl and the Golden Leaf. It is this book that inspired him to take action to eradicate the scourge of human trafficking. Since then, Mackenzie has worked with state and federal agencies and legislators to pass legislation to combat human trafficking.Though far from over, his goals are to get legislation passed that mandates the death penalty, from the person watching child pornography, all the way to the heads of cartels, and everyone in between.
